Cards
PetitLenormand
Thirty-six small cards, each an everyday image. Lenormand is read in short lines, where each card colours the one beside it.
02How it worksCalculated
The Petit Lenormand is a deck of 36 cards, separate from tarot, named for the fortune-teller Marie Anne Lenormand although the deck came after her. The cards are plain images, such as a ship, a key or a fish, and a reading looks at how neighbouring cards modify each other.
The shuffle uses your browser’s secure random numbers and gives every card an equal chance in every place. Nothing is stored or sent. The keywords are a common modern reading and practitioners differ. A reading is a prompt for reflection, not a forecast.
